Once you book this service you will be sent address and consignee details for your package to be received to our depot. All packages sent to our depot must be Pre-booked using this service otherwise they will be returned to sender and you may be liable for re-delivery costs.

Quotes will be provided by the time we receive your package and take its measurements. Price includes the cost of Receiving, Processing and Storing. Shipping costs are NOT included.

Price includes:

1 – The cost of Receiving, Processing and Storing your items securely at our warehouse in London
1 – Receipt of ONE delivery. Multiple packages can be received per single delivery and are inclusive of the charge.
Price Excludes: 1 – Export Shipping costs to Jamaica are NOT included.
2 – Quotes will be provided after we receive your package and take its measurements and determine if the delivery packaging is suitable for export or if we require to re-package your items for export.
3 – If deliveries arrive at multiple times/days we will charge an additional receipt service charge for each delivery.
